A structure you can follow

No surprises, no ambiguity. Here's what a visit looks like, what you receive as an owner, and how communication works.

What a property check looks like

1

Arrival and visual check

We visit in person, at the agreed time and frequency, and go through the home checking for visible leaks, damp and damage. We also check separately for signs of pests.

2

Fixed checklist

Every check follows the same checklist protocol, so nothing gets skipped and results stay comparable over time.

3

Ventilating and running water

We ventilate the home and briefly run the water to keep pipes and drains in good condition.

4

Mail and packages

Mail is checked and forwarded where needed; packages can be received on your behalf.

5

Photo and inspection reporting

After every visit you receive a report with photos, so you know exactly what was checked and what the status is.

6

Everything logged in your Owner Portal

Every visit, every report and every detail will soon be automatically logged in your own Owner Portal (in development), so you can look back online at any time to see what's happened at your property.

What you receive as an owner

How communication works

You have one fixed point of contact: Stephanie. Communication runs in Dutch, English or German, by email or WhatsApp, depending on your preference. For Spanish-speaking suppliers and communities, we work with an established network of trusted local partners, so there's no language barrier for you.
