Your project is personally supervised by Chris Epskamp. We discuss your wishes, think along about the possibilities and make sure the right local tradespeople are brought in.
During the work, we oversee quality, planning, progress and budget. With clear updates and photos, you're always kept in the loop.
The technical work itself is carried out by selected local tradespeople. We take care of the coordination, supervision and quality checks.
From a small upgrade to a full renovation
We supervise projects including custom joinery, painting, new flooring, lighting, outdoor kitchens, kitchens, bathrooms, renovations and extensions.
We can also support the handover and fit-out of a new-build home, from snagging points and furniture deliveries to internet, utilities, alarm and smart home solutions.

Introduction and assessment
We start with a personal conversation covering your wishes, ideas, budget and desired outcome. Where possible, we view the property together and think along about practical solutions right away.
Plan and preparation
We map out the possibilities and determine which tradespeople and specialists are needed. We then collect and assess quotes and agree clear arrangements with you on the work, planning and cost.
Execution and supervision
During the work, we coordinate the parties involved and check progress on site regularly. You receive clear updates and photos, so you always know where the project stands.
Inspection and handover
Once finished, we inspect the completed work and record any outstanding points. Where needed, we make sure these are discussed and resolved with the parties involved.
Clear communication, personal contact
A renovation in Spain calls for clear agreements and reliable supervision, especially when you're not there in person the whole time.
That's why we provide clear communication throughout the entire project. You receive updates on progress, planning and cost, so you stay in control and involved, without having to organise everything yourself.
