I am Stephanie van der Bijl. I look after your villa or apartment as if it were my own home.

Dutch Property Management is for owners who want to enjoy their home on the Costa del Sol without having to arrange everything themselves from a distance. I live here myself and I am their fixed point of contact.
I know how special it is to have a second home here. But I also know that a house far away raises questions. Is everything still in order? Is the air conditioning still working? Is the property ready for your arrival? Those are exactly the worries I take off your hands.
My background is in project and programme management, and you can see that in how I work: overview, thinking ahead and keeping my word. Every property is checked against a fixed checklist, and after each visit the owner receives a report with photos. I hold the keys, receive contractors and make sure the house is ready on arrival. Some owners hand over the entire rental, others keep their listings themselves and leave the work on site to me.
In my free time I love being outdoors: on the golf course, walking along the coast or enjoying a good restaurant. Precisely because I live here, I know the region, the people and the local businesses well. I am happy to share that knowledge with my owners.
For me, property management is about much more than looking after a property. It is about trust: knowing there is someone who looks at your home with the same attention and care as you would yourself. That is the promise I keep every day.
Chris Epskamp
Chris, my partner, takes care of the technical management: inspections, maintenance, renovations and managing a fixed team of tradespeople. He has more than twenty years of experience in property maintenance and technical project management.
For him, good maintenance does not start when something breaks. He looks ahead, spots early what needs attention and makes sure small things never become big problems. When a repair or renovation is needed, he arranges the tradespeople and supervises until everything is finished.
A trusted network
For cleaning, maintenance and repairs we work with a trusted network of tradespeople and local partners. We know them and we know what they deliver. You communicate with me in Dutch, English or German.
