Basic Keyholding is the entry-level service for owners who don't need regular property checks, but do want a key held somewhere safe and professional. For example, when the builder or developer still needs access to finish work after handover, during a renovation where tradespeople come and go at different times, or when you only need to arrange access occasionally yourself. No periodic checks, but a secure key address and a clear record of who had access, and when.

Book an introductionWe keep one set of keys to your home in a safe. Only service providers you have registered with us in advance can collect the key, and every handover is logged.
During office hours, collection and return are included. Outside office hours and at weekends this is possible by arrangement, for a surcharge.
Important: Basic Keyholding does not include opening or closing the property on site, or being present during works.
On-site assistance or opening up is available as an add-on service at the applicable rate.
